I had a very positive experience in regards to my real estate transaction with ABC Real Estate. I was kept apprised of the status of our listing and was offered realistic feedback as to pricing, timing, and expectations.
I appreciated the accessibility of our agent, Jogi. My questions and concerns were answered timely and thoroughly. Lastly and most importantly, I felt comfortable with Jogi representing our best interests without significant involvement on my part.
I would definitely use the services of Jogi and ABC in the future and would refer others as well.
The one area in which some improvement could have been realized was with the marketing photos of our unit. The strongest feature of our condo was the beachfront location and the extraordinary white water views from our balcony and living spaces. Other photos could have been taken which would have better illustrated this strong selling point.
