I bought a small parcel of land from ABC / Jogi in January of 2002. I did the transaction by fax / mail / email after I returned to the States. Jogi was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout my dealings with him and his company. I liked Jogi’s approach to showing land and dealing with clients. He is professional, and direct, and is up front about the specifics associated with purchasing land in Costa Rica. At no time did Jogi come across like he was “glossing over” important issues, or avoid questions that were hard to answer. Instead, he found out the information if he did not know it at the time and made it easier to make informed decisions.
