My wife and I have been coming to Tamarindo for over 20 years now. This year at the end of our stay, we decided to buy property. With only one more week in town, this was a really small time frame. Jogi and Mark made it all happen. Mark showed us the properties, Jogi helped us prepare an offer and negotiated with the sellers. We could just literally sit back and relax !! They have been around for so long, they know what’s happening in town, who to talk to, and so on. I would recommend abc and their team to anybody looking to buy property in the Guanacaste area.
