We first dealt with Juergen Gerner (Jogi) in September, 1998 when we used his services to purchase our condo at Villas Langosta on Playa Langosta in Costa Rica. We were impressed with his professional conduct during the construction phase of our condo. He worked with us and the developer right through to the successful completing of the project. Even though we were in Canada, he kept us informed of the construction progress and e-mailed us pictures to actually show us our condo being built. This allowed us to participate in decisions during the construction phase. When we decided that our life priorities had changed and it was time to sell our condo, we automatically went to Jogi and ABC Real Estate. We feel that ABC Real Estate did everything possible to present our condo to prospective buyers during a very difficult real estate environment. We successfully closed the sale of our condo in May, 2013 and again Jogi was instrumental in the dealings between us and the buyers and the Costa Rican lawyers.
