My wife and I purchased a unit at Villas Langosta in September, 1998. The Real Estate Agent we dealt with was Juergen Jogi Gerner. At the time of our purchase, construction on the condominium that we selected had not commenced. A major factor in our decision to purchase a condominium in Costa Rica was that we felt very comfortable in dealing with Jogi. Our first impression of Jogi was that he was honest and that we could trust him. Our subsequent dealings with him have only strengthened our first impression. We were in Canada during the construction phase of our condominium and Jogi kept us informed of the progress and assisted us to make sure we got what we wanted. We enjoy our condo very much and feel fortunate that we originally selected Jogi as our agent. Thank you, Jogi. Not only do we currently recommend Jogi to all others, we strongly suggest that he be their first and only choice.
