Two months ago I closed a real estate transaction as the Sellers Agent for Casa Paquita. I worked closely with ABC as they represented the Buyer. This sale was one of the most difficult sales due to the personal whims of my client. ABC acted in a calm and respectable manner through to the closing. Jogi was pulled in as needed and he also acted professionally. It was such a pleasure to work with someone in another agency in Tamarindo that respected the work ethic and morals that we try to upkeep in this area of Costa Rica. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would enjoy working with the two of them on many more sales. This has not been my case in my professional relationships with other so called real estate professionals that I consider to be rogues in Tamarindo. I would be happy to speak on their behalf.
