I first got in touch with Jogi from ABC real estate, through friends’ recommendations. As I like doing my own property search, Jogi guided me on where to search and who to get in touch with. I did not buy any property from him, but used him as my agent. He helped me with all the right contacts for paper work etc…, and also warned me about what to look out for in my search, like to make sure that there are water and electricity services. I was very grateful for his German efficiency. I ended up finding a great piece of land for an excellent price, and I think I gained a friend in the process who will come visit me in Ibiza.
