My experience with ABC Real Estate, Tamarindo, is the sale of 2 properties in Tamarindo, farmland both of them. What I really appreciated dealing with the agency was the efficiency, the kindness and the business-like attitude I experienced during the operation. It was a very difficult process due to the fact that the previous owner turned out to be aggressive, and it was an estate after my late husband, so consequently several countries were involved: Costa Rica, Spain and Denmark. Everything was finally solved to everyone’s satisfaction. I dealt with Juergen Jogi Gerner; he was extremely competent and reliable. It is with big pleasure that I recommend the agency to anyone who may want to buy or sell a property. Of course I would always deal with the agency again in the future.
