We have been wanting to purchase a place in Guanacaste for a few years now and engaged Jogi in a very casual manner over a year ago. Being in the US, Jogi was incredibly helpful and patient as he built out a list of options that met all of our requirements. On our last trip to Tamarindo over the xmas/New Years holiday season, Jogi had narrowed down a long list to something manageable for visits over a few days. The places he picked were excellent fits and we settled on a place in Hacienda Pinilla. Jogi continued to help manage the process of making the purchase after we returned to the States…and always put our interests front and center with the sellers. I would highly recommend Jogi and ABC to anyone looking to buy in that west coast of Costa Rica.
