Our experience has been excellent. Even though we dealt with various people, it was Mr. Juergen -Jogi- Gerner with whom we have concluded real estate deals. Mr. Gerner was at all times very well informed, professional and used the available resources to obtain the best deal for us. We also appreciated his patience and advice regarding the timing of the markets. We liked especially the total identification with our needs, both as buyers and sellers of real estate. We always felt that Jogi had our best interests in mind and was not just there to make a broker’s commission. Jogi was always well informed about the real estate market in Costa Rica and was able to provide information that we needed. We were also impressed by the electronic network to which ABC is hooked up thus expanding the range of market opportunities. We would deal again with ABC and recommend them to others in the future.
