He aided us at every turn, including supplying us with precise instructions & mapping out how to get from San Jose to the property near Tamarindo, some 3 1/2 to 4 hours away. He aided all our discussions with the owners and remained involved throughout the purchase/sale of “Our” new home.It truly was a pleasant and ultimately successful experience. Jogi, of ABC anticipated our every need, and immediately responded to every question or message that we sent to him.When dealing in another country it was so much easier because of his(Jogi) easy & immediate communication, he never left us with unanswered questions.We have already started praising ABC, Jogi and our very positive experience with ABC to our friends & colleagues.Our honest opinion is that you exceeded are wants/needs in every way; I believe both your communication & style were those things that made this a great positive experience for both of us. You never let us down in anyway, as many other RE Agents have done, by misrepresenting a property or by being unwilling to get information we had requested.
