When our condo originally went on the market, we worked with Gary and Jolene. We had a wonderful experience with them when we bought our condo.In terms of the selling process, we felt that the listing price ended up not being terribly realistic, and that Gary and Jolene were not terribly proactive in working with us to sell the property quickly, even though we felt we had conveyed a sense of urgency. Once they retired, working with Jogi was a more positive experience. Jogi was more proactive in keeping us updated with buyer feedback, and helped us to negotiate a price with our eventual buyer. Overall, we’re happy with ABC and consider your firm the premier real estate agency in Tamarindo. We appreciated everybody’s honesty and professionalism, including Gary and Jolene, and appreciated Jogi’s ability to find a buyer for our property. I would recommend ABC to other buyers and sellers.
