OK, the experiance we had was great. Our agent was the best, he made everything as easy as possible and went out of his way to get copies of documents that were needed and to keep us in the loop as the timeline progressed. The selection of “—-” made things even more comfortable. Federico worked thru some serious personal issues and still handled the sales process professionally. Jogi who filled in for Federico during the actual transaction gave us the moral support that put us over the top.The down side of the transaction was the delays in getting some of the documentation from “—–“, the sales break down sheet didn’t arrive until the night before. The other problem occured after the transaction was complete. We received a urgent message from Juan Carlos that that the Corporate books were required with our signature. We got this message after we had disolved our corporation and we checking into our hotel at the airport in San Jose. I would suggest using a checklist for all the requirements. Overall, we were very pleased with everything and we would use and recommend ABC in the future.
