I am so happy that Karen and Coby Kriegshauser recommended Mark Venegas and ABC realty. It is so difficult to purchase a property when living so far away. Mark answered all of my emails in a timely manner and went above and beyond helping me since I could not do everything in person. I relied on Mark to arrange a day of property showings, make arrangements with an attorney, and provide me with every bit of information I needed. Since Mark was so diligent in showing properties that I would like and could afford, I felt very comfortable asking his opinion. Much of our time on this transaction was conducted via email from Costa Rica to Australia where I was on vacation. I would recommend Mark and ABC to anyone wanting to make a purchase in Costa Rica.What I liked most about working with ABC and with Mark was that the communication never ceased. Mark was very punctual in answering every email and helping me find a property manager. In my move to Costa Rica, I have many more questions than just buying property and Mark helped with everything. Mark even put me in touch with an international shipping company.I would highly recommend ABC realty to anyone. I enjoyed the “small” feel of the company rather than some huge company where I would just be another number. Also, I wasn’t a high-end buyer, but still felt important and that my purchase was important.Quite honestly, I can’t think of anything ABC could do better. The whole process was really easy and not stressful at all!
