We found dealing with ABC easy, you kept us informed along the way until the deal was completed and we would recommend you to others. As a matter of fact we have. The only glitch was at the closing. The atty for the buyer was not very professional in having the parties who attended the closing wait for over two hours. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. Had we been informed prior we could have changed the time of the meeting so that our atty could reschedule his other apps. Other than that we are enjoying Florida even tho we are homeless in Costa Rica! Thank you, again, for your assistance in getting the transaction completed.
