Your knowledge of the local real estate market is very important to me when working with a realtor. You knew about all the properties in town and the history behind alot of the developments and the real estate people in Tamarindo and Langosta. As we saw on our visit, you were considered the “Alcalde” of Tamarindo/Langosta. I think when people around town have very nice things to say about you, then that is very important and says alot about you as a person and as a realtor.I think the best thing about dealing with you (since you are ABC Real Estate) is the knowledge you have about the market, and also the time and patience you took with me and my brother, to tour available lotes, and also tour homes/condos in the area. You helped us with meetings, such as Ricardo and Brad, and also willing to set up future meetings with architects and designers that will help us in the future to build our homes. You are also willing to go above and beyond your scope of work, by helping us in the future with cutting the grass and watching over the lotes, and also with building the metal fence etc. We were there for only 4 days in Tamarindo, however, you spent every day with us and helped us get comfortable with the market, the real estate, and our purchase of the lotes. I think that your customer service is impeccable.I would deal with you again anyday. Hopefully soon, we can continue to purchase more real estate in Tamarindo with your help.
