Hi Mark ,as always our experience with ABC was very good and professional. Your knowledge of the potential buyers and available properties is always a benefit for the buyer and sellers. We will continue recommending you and ABC for all real estate transactions. One item I still think is important, but not a business practice in Tamarindo, is the MLS (Multiple Listing Concept) with all brokerage companies. The customer may think they are looking at all available houses, but they are not. Each companies listings are way to guarded from other brokers. A buyer has to actually hire brokers from each company if they really want to get a true picture of what is for sale. I think a list of all available properties would be a great benefit.
