I was extremely happy with my dealings with ABC Realty in Tamarindo, CR. During our listing process and throughout our sale process I felt that I was well represented and that my questions and interests were of prime importance. My agent was Mark Venegas. He was very informative and kept me informed about the market response to my property and to what I might need to do to make it more saleable. I especially appreciated his advice that I not drop the asking price after sitting on the market for almost a year. His advice and assistance with repairs and upgrades to my unit were very appreciated, including having his wife advise on repainting colors. I felt that I was in very professional and qualified hands. I most certainly would use the services provided at ABC Realty again in the future and should I get the opportunity to recommend your services I would and will do so without hesitation. Quite frankly, in previous dealings with Realtors, there has always been something that I felt could have been done better. In this case though, I am pleased to say that every step of the way Mark delivered exactly what I expected. When I needed to do repairs, he got me multiple bids and explained the pros and cons of each. I trusted him enough to go with his recommendations and was very pleased with the outcome and with the price of the work. He sent pictures of the reasons that the work was needed and pictures of what the completed work looked like. When the first escrow fell through, he did not lose confidence and assured me that our price was in line and that we would have another offer soon, which we did. The only thing that might have marginally improved the entire experience would have been some kind of regular written review of market activity in general to give me an idea of how other properties were moving. That being said, we did have conversations about my pricing vis-à-vis the rest of the market on a regular basis, so I never felt that I was not being kept informed in some way.
