If this was a proving ground for you, you proved yourself worthy. First and foremost, I was so pleased with the way you emailed me on a regular basis with updates and advice as I was out of the country. This was very reassuring to me.I was impressed with all the marketing that ABC Real Estate was constantly doing: the regular newsletter, putting my condo on HGTV International, ads in the local papers down there as well as international marketing.To me ABC and Federico are top notch in professionalism. With the fact that there is no multiple listing service, like in the states, you did a remarkable job of networking within the real estate community. Kudos to you. Your attention to details is beyond criticism.Your promise when it came time for closing was that you would take care of everything-that it would be easy for me. This was a promise held and it all couldn’t have been easier for me.I would like to tell you that everyone I encountered after all was complete was told by me to use ABC and Federico Fernandez if they needed a realtor to represent them in any transaction concerning real estate in the area.
