My experience was absolutely positive. Especially because I worked directly with Mark Venegas. This was not an easy transaction due to the circumstances surrounding the lot. Yet, Mark’s professionalism and work ethic was key to a successful outcome for all involved.I liked Mark’s honesty and transparency. I appreciated how he kept me appraised of all developments, how fast he responded to my questions, and, most importantly, how he lent a helping hand to all parties.I already have and will continue to recommend and encourage my friends in the U.S. and in Costa Rica to contact ABC if they are interested in purchasing or selling real estate.
