Federico was a lucky meeting for us as we had already been looking for property for quite some time in the Tamarindo/Langosta area when we met him. His knowledge about the area as well as many of the properties and owners was quite refreshing and we were delighted to know he would be representing us through the process. We are both in real estate in the states and realize the small percentage of real estate brokers that work at a high level for the interest of their clients. Federico is definitely one of these people. He found us an off market listing for a great price in a prime location.
