I wanted to truly thank you for all your help with the purchase of the commercial lot in Huacas.First, I can’t believe you found this property for us. After searching ourselves for months all I did was finally break down and ask you for your help (because I didn’t want to bother you with such a small lot) and the next morning you had lined up properties that we didn’t even know were for sale – and others that technically were not for sale but were worth pursuing. And then we ended up with a property that wasn’t listed for sale and you managed to get this for us at a price that was too good to be true. This would not have happened without your local knowledge and you working one on one with the seller as it took someone like you with your finesse to keep the deal together as it seemed like it was going to fall apart a few times. It was so stressful knowing that the seller could back out at any minute and by all rights he could have and sold it for much more than he was asking. I held my breath throughout the whole transaction because this one meant so much to us as it was for our new business venture in Costa Rica- which also meant we were finally committing to moving there!In the course of seven years we have purchased our vacation home and also a few lots and sold a few lots with you. Every time we have worked with you it has been the absolute most positive experience. Every time you and Verena advised us on purchasing and selling it has been a lucrative transaction for us. I have nothing but the most respect for you all -and as much as I don’t want to recommend you to others so we can keep you for ourselves we absolutely have to. What you bring to the table far exceeds the expectation of a realtor or any professional in the industry. You have helped us with our piece of paradise and our next chapter in life and it seemed you did this so effortlessly, but we know how hard you work and as much as you dedicate yourself to your clients. We are forever thankful to you and we are even more thankful we have had the chance to get to know you and Verena over these years.I can’t believe we bought this. I am still pinching myself. I am pinching David as well just for the fun of it.
