Although I’ve been a professional real estate investor for almost four decades, it is rare when I find myself on the selling end of a transaction (I’m a long-term hold guy). As such, it is an honor to write this review regarding the attention that ABC Real Estate in Tamarindo, Costa Rica provided us in a recent sales transaction. Throughout the process, we found both Federico Fernandez (Agent) and Jogi Jürgen (Broker) to be professional; responsive; communicative; and a pleasure to work with. Even when issues / problems arose, they dealt with them in a reasonable and timely manner. As long-standing members of the Tamarindo community, we have often recommended Jogi and his Team to others who are looking for an integrity-based organization. With this experience completed, we will continue to do so and highly recommend Federico; Jogi; and their Team.
