My name is Waleed William Tarazi and reside in Rancho Villareal just outside of Tamarindo Costa Rica. My wife Deborah and l are from Chicago , Illinois and prior to that l was born in Baghdad, Iraq. Upon our retirement we elected this amazing part of the world to build and dwell in our amazing home known as Casa de Gracia.We have elected to return to the states to be closer to our daughters after nearly three years and other family members. While living here we have learned that it takes 2-3 years to sell if not more . Selecting the best agency to help our efficient sale was very critical for us.We did solicit various input from friends , professionals, builders, neighbors, real estate agents and the consensus after sorting through objective input was ABC. I was given the name Jogi as he was the principle. I elected to stop by one late Friday afternoon about five minutes after closing time and the only person that was there at the time was Federico . I introduced my self and communicated him my full name and asked him about The owner who was on vacation in Germany for few more weeks. I told him that we are interested in selling our home and to the possibility of listing with them. Federico was willing to help in anyway he can and gave me his business card and of the owner. I thanked and walked out . Ten steps later l turned around and knocked on the door again and Federico opened the door and l said just one question , what is my first name? Without any hesitation Federico responded , Waleed ! He did not look at any notes and was sharp on his feet. Normally people struggle with my name few times. I smiled and said he will hear from me.That positive encounter with Federico coupled with various endorsements they have earned made our decision easy . I respect my gut instincts so we went with ABC and Federico. The firm has a sales staff of various nationalities and exposures to N America and Europe and work very well with many agents and other Real Estate companies.Federico was always a pleasure to deal with . He is intelligent, educated, great communicator, professionnal, personable, a good family man, and a settle kind easy salesperson . He has earned our admiration and respect and was able to trust him fully. Selling our home in just 6 months was an amazing accomplishment and closing on it within 8 months was music to my wife’s ears.Other agencies wanted to offer our house for less $ than it costed us to build and seem that they did not care if we lost $ or not as long as they were able to sell and get their commission. That was never the case with ABC. We liked their entire staff and always felt good visiting their office.We have and will continue to recommend ABC, Federico, Jogi, etc. l’m confident that we will maintain communications with Federico as we have built a mutual like for each other which will endure the test of time.Take it from us; your decision to sell should be as easy as saying ABC.
