It has been my pleasure to own property in Tamarindo since the early nineties when it was a sleepy fishing village.  By the middle to the late nineties many Real Estate companies discovered Tamarindo. The village was known for surfing, fishing, warm water and a beautiful beach.  I watched the development of ABC Real Estate, owned by Jogi Jürgen Gerner.  I have sold and bought property in Tamarindo with Jogi and his company who have shown professionalism, honesty, ability to advertise and sell property.
